By accessing and using the PrashnaSarthi app, website, and any associated training material provided by Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd, the User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If the User disagrees with any part of these terms and conditions, they must refrain from using the Services.
Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, add, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any updates.
Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd may, at its sole discretion, terminate the account of any User found in violation of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Users are urged to comply with the most recent version of these terms and conditions available on the website and app.
Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd retains the right to cancel the membership and account of any User with detailed reasons provided, if deemed necessary.
Users are expected to conduct themselves ethically and professionally. Any User engaging in unethical behavior may be removed without refund, at the sole discretion of Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd.
Cancelled or terminated Users forfeit all benefits, privileges, and positions held in participating programs owned by Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd.
Users acknowledge that they act as independent contractors and not as employees or agents of Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd. No partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise is created by this Agreement.
Any disputes shall be interpreted under the laws of India. Disputes with financial processors may result in immediate account termination.
All branding, logos, and graphics within PrashnaSarthi are copyrighted. Use, distribution, or copying of such content is expressly prohibited without prior approval.
Users engaging in damaging activities deemed harmful to Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd or its stakeholders may face termination, and legal action may be taken as deemed appropriate.
Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd strictly prohibits the use of UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) or SPAM. Violators may have their accounts terminated, forfeiting any current or future commissions.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information. Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for communication errors due to incorrect or outdated contact information.
Users are responsible for all taxes payable in their resident domicile or jurisdiction for any income received from Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd or leads sold via the PrashnaSarthi website.
All leads and training are provided “As Is” without any warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, regarding accuracy or performance.
Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent.
If any portion of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the success or failure of Users’ businesses or decisions. Users agree that Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for business outcomes related to information presented by the company.
Awadeep Future Tech Pvt Ltd makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of advertising messages or marketing tools. Users are encouraged to perform due diligence.
Cross sponsoring, cross recruiting, and cross line jumping are prohibited. Users may not solicit individuals in a different downline or engage in misleading recruiting practices.
Users shall not make income representations beyond those set forth in official company material.
As per India Payment policy guidelines, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date. Refund requests should be sent to info@adfuturetech.com with your payment details and the reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval of the refund request.
